Elegant and Ladylike 50s blouse pattern with three sleeve options. Misses blouse and cummerbund: The front of the blouse and collar are cut in one, the back is gathered to a deep yoke and kimono sleeves are featured. View 1 has long sleeves gathered to a pointed cuff. Top stitching or saddle stitching trim blouse. View 2 has three quarter sleeves gathered to sleeve bands and turned back cuffs. Top stitching or saddle stitching used as trim. View 3 has short sleeves with cuffs.

Condition:
Cut but complete with all 9 pieces and instructions. Has been cut for view 2, but still includes the parts for longer sleeves. Envelope has light age related tone with rips on corners and edges.
