Please provide name to be embroidered and any other pertinent order details in the notes to seller during checkout. CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS AFTER THE PURCHASE ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Should the customer order the wrong print/color/fabric, we will not replace the items, make changes nor make alterations.

All ChillyPaws creations are made to order - my production time at the moment is two full weeks. However, production time may be longer for custom orders or if specialty fabric must be ordered.

The measurements are provided on each listing. Slight variations can occur as each item is handmade.
Snuggle Sacks - measured from seam to seam on the outside of the sack.
Snuggle Sacks w/Round Bottom - measured on half the circumference.
Blankets - measured from edge to edge - side to side - top to bottom.
Round blankets - measured on the diameter.
Beds - measured from edge to edge, side to side, top to bottom.

Measuring Your Pet for a Bed:with a cloth tape, measure your standing dog from nose to tail base. Add 8-10" for a sm/med dog and 16-18" for large breeds. Dog should be able to lay on his side all stretched out without going over the edge of the bed. Long Legged Breeds - we recommend sides or a size larger.

THERE ARE NO ADDRESS CHANGES ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, YOU MUST PUT YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS IN PRIOR TO PAYING!

I do my best to save my customers as much as possible on shipping charges.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Fedex Home Delivery may be used depending on the weight and size of the package.

International orders: under 4 lbs - regular mail, which may take up to 21 days ; over 4 lbs - Priority Mail with tracking. Customer is responsible for custom import fees.

Once an item is shipped, it is out of my control - I cannot guarantee delivery time. I do my best to track each item to ensure its delivery. International orders may be held up in customs and will vary from country to country.

DOGS: 12 x 15: 1-2 lb

18 x 20: 3-6 lbs

20 x 24: 7- 10lbs

23 x 26: 11-15lbs

28 x 32: 16 -20ish lbs

**Long Legged Dogs: Please purchase a larger size or request sides for your snuggle sack (an additional fee applies for sides)

***Brachycephalic (snub nose) Dogs or Cats: We have a SCHNOZ for you! This appliance is used to keep the snuggle sack open for easy access. It is machine washable. For sizes up to 23" x 26". PLEASE REQUEST THIS FEATURE IN THE NOTES TO SELLER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

CATS: 19 x 23: most requested size

24 x 24: for larger or multiple cats

Personalization is included on some but not all listings. Include the name to be embroidered in the appropriate "add your personalization" space when prompted.

Please double check the spelling! In some cases, the name or phrase may be too long for your desired item - ChillyPaws will send a convo to discuss options if the embroidery will not fit.

If misspelling occurs based on the spelling from the customer, the item will not be replaced. If we make an error in the spelling of the name/phrase/quote we will replace with the same fabric/print/size.

ChillyPaws maintains a "G" rating - Offensive suggestions for embroidery will be rejected.
