SUPERB "GAG" GIFT!
Is this just too cool or what? I had two thoughts in mind when I first saw this piece. I thought this would make a super cake topper for a wedding shower, for those of us that are cynical! My next thought was the D-I-V-O-R-C-E song by Tammy Wynette and what a great gag gift for a divorce party.
This piece came with some other doll parts that I purchased from Germany. These are 'dug out' pieces from the remnants of the doll factories in Thuringia, Germany and date between 1890-1920.
These individuals that I purchase from give new meaning to seekers of "found objects". I have seen the pictures of them at work around the old doll factories and they acutally dig trenches and tunnels etc. seeking these remnants of history. What an experience that must be for them!
It is china bisque just like the other pieces that I've offered. The piece speaks for its self and I will let you decide about the marriage or divorce!
The piece measures approximately 2-3/4 inches tall.
