This wonderful lizard basket began with a hand-formed piece of stoneware, fired to cone 6, with a cute little lizard on it, made by me. Then i wove it with vibrant color upcycled fibers and rolled paper rush. It is somewhat soft and malleable.

Many different fibers were twined around it to make a bowl shape.

Fibers include upcycled pieces of paper, cotton, linen, polyester, and yarns, in shades of blues/greens/tan.

approximately 9" x 7 1/2" x 4 1/4"
