Each holder is made from a gutted and cleaned freewheel body. 1-1/2" tealights fit perfectly inside! One larger cog is remounted to the top, while the smaller lockring cog is used as a base. Cogs are permanently attached. One tealight has a 24 tooth upper cog and 14 tooth lower cog, the other a 21 tooth upper and 13 tooth lower.
Two unscented white tealights are included.
