The female is completed with edible luster dust and pearls, which compliment the head and back fin. Although not shown, the tail curls around a 12mm chocolate pearlized pearl which may match your wedding color theme. The male wears the pearls as a crown and one on his chest. The 12mm pearls signify wedding rings in this design. You will receive approximately 10 - 15 small shells which complete the top of the cake and measure between .75" - 1.75". I will use a luster dust tint to lightly touch up some of the shells, and will add edible pearls to a few of the shells as well. Please indicate when ordering, what shells you
"DON'T LIKE" so I know not to add them to your assortment.
The seahorses measure 4.25" x 3" without the stick. I place a bamboo skewer inside the chocolate allowing the seahorses to stand securely. I've added a photo of a cake in which the bride sent once her cake was completed. It gives an idea of how the seahorses look on top of the cake, as well as the extra sea shells. This bride selected a neutral color for her cake. The sea shells are mostly realistic looking, with marbling of white and milk chocolate.
