My cookies are made from a basic sugar cookie recipe flavored with fresh orange zest, vanilla beans, and a hint of cardamom. The royal icing has a dash of vanilla extract to complement the flavor of the cookie.
Very, very yummy!
They stay soft and taste fresh for up to four weeks when kept in their individual wrappers or stored in an air tight container.
All of my cookies are done by hand so they may vary slightly from the ones pictured here, but I always make sure that each one is beautiful!
