Made using the ancient Japanese art of Kanzashi - the folding of tiny pieces of silk to create the delicate flowers used in Geisha's ornate hair decorations.
I have created this one in the shape of a Hibiscus flower with 5 medium petals, and centered with 6 2x AB clear Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone beads and a bunch of long pearl white flower stamen.
It measures approx 3"(7.75cm) across.
It has been securely stitched to a small metal hair barrette, which means that it will securely stay in your hair as well as allowing you to clip it onto a slim bag strap or onto a flat bracelet, or through a buttonhole. It can be worn in so many ways! Enjoy!
