Extremely rare sterling silver Art Nouveau clock in the original fitted case. English Birmingham assay marks. My husband personally fully restored the movement- he did not have to add any parts or alter the movement in any way, just a standard C.O.A.-(Clean, Oil and Adjust). Maker signed "B & Co"- Buller & Co, jewellers of 6&8 Charterhouse Street, Holborn, London, Circa 1902. No hairlines, cracks or any damage to the porcelain dial. Original hands. Velvet flocking on the outside of the case is worn but the case is utterly charming nonetheless and has served to protect the clock well over the years. The clock measures 4" x 3-1/4" x 1-1/4" thick. The hinged arm on the back allows you to raise it up and tilted forward for display. There are settings on the back to wind and set the clock. Incredibly detailed ferns and pansy flowers in high repousse relief. In fabulous condition, a truly exquisite timepiece.
