She's made of delicate rocaille beads in light blue and silver lined transparent beads. It has a small snap hair clip attached to the back, so you can pin it easily on your hair or on your clothes.
This hair clip is great for all ages, and is an excellent gift which will make people smile! It can be made as a brooch, as well. Just ask!
