This dress is scoopnecked and has bias binding along the edge in a stripped cotton seersucker fabric. The sleeves are cap sleeves with seersucker binding as well.
The waist is gathered and banded with elastic for great fit.
The skirt is very full and fully lined with a jersey knit.
The dresses is adorned with a fabulous vibrant olive green belt! The buckle was created from a dried out gourd and was hand carved by a local farmer.
All seams are fully serged and finished
