This is a perfect serving dish for pitted fruits such as olives or dates. Serve the fruit on one side of the dish and place the pits on the other! It can also be used as a small dipping or relish bowl or as a candy dish.
The dish is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep. It has a handle for ease of handling and is adorned with seashell impressions in two sides.
The glaze is a matte olive green. Glazes are food safe and pieces can be used in the microwave and dishwasher. However, as with any fine piece of tableware, please treat them with care and use caution when handling, particularly when items contain hot food or beverages.
