This cuff was featured in the 2008 Quilting Arts holiday issue!
Jacobean embroidery flourished during the reign of King James the first of England. Embroidery is fanciful and may include animals, flowers, plants, and scroll work.
This cuff is made with hand dyed wool felt. The felt is mottled red with embroidery in black, and shades of grey. Scrolls, leaves and various flowers. This was a striking bracelet using the Jacobean style and many different embroidery stitches. The closure consists of antique black button with crocheted loop. Cuff is lined with a heavy, textured fabric. Wool will not touch your skin.
This bracelet would not only compliment a beautiful outfit, but also a pair of jeans and t-shirt.
Made to fit your wrist!
