Tulips, Golden Gate Park is an original contemporary abstract painting, painted when I lived in San Francisco from 1997 to 2001. This is part of a series influenced by landscape, specifically Golden Gate Park and its magnificent gardens and green spaces.
The 2001 original oil painting measures 30" x 45" x2" and was shown at the South Bend, IN Regional Museum of Art in 2003, curated by William Tourtillotte, Chief Curator/Program Director of the museum. Signed and dated on the front.
The work is oil on canvas, sold unframed and is wired to be hung as is.
