This would be perfect for you. The cuff pocket is knitted from yarn that is a mix of cotton and elastic, so that there is a lot of s-t-r-e-t-c-h in it. You can wear it around your wrist, your arm, even around your ankles.

The access for the earphone jack can be placed anywhere on the pocket, as the yarn is stretchy and the stitch can be "open" to accommodate.

To find the right size for you, measure around your wrist or upper arm and decide if you want to wear it loose or snugly.
