My wife and I had the idea of doing one of these when we got married in 2007 and other folks quickly took notice and wanted one for their own wedding! It’s a fun way to let people know you’re tying the knot! If you can provide good photo reference of you and your betrothed, I’ll make sure you look as though a cover was drawn by one of the top comic book artists from the 1960s to celebrate your big day. I don't just trace the photos, but rather come up with a comic style interpretation that should still be easily recognized as you. You can write your own cover blurbs or I can help you write them, as I’ve had some practice coming up with fun story names and dialogue balloons. It’s all up to you how personal you want to make it. You will receive a digital copy of the full color file or files set to any size you request as well as the original 11x17 black and white artwork to frame or display anyway you like or file it away in a closet if you choose that’s the best place for it. We’ve printed these up in the past, but found it’s much cheaper, easier and quicker for you to find a printer in your area to do it for you. However, if that isn’t an option and you’d prefer us to print them for you, just convo use and we can work something out. These are hand drawn illustrations so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the design to be finished. I’ll email you progress reports of the layout and pencils so you can decide if there’s something you want to change while I’m still working on it.
