Signed by Ari D. Norman with a series of tiny marks, there’s “AN”, a lion passant, a couple of marks I can’t read, a scale or balance mark with 925, and finally, another “925”.
Here is some information I found about the family jewelers, Ari D. Norman:
“With his family serving the jewelry industry for over 100 years, Ari D. Norman has firmly established a first class international reputation, stamping the Ari D. Norman hallmark of quality and style upon the most comprehensive range of sterling silver products on offer world-wide…Ari D. Norman uniquely specializes in the demand for one-off bespoke creations and low volume exclusive collections for both the corporate market and that special occasion. Being able to work with nearly any material or stone, each project is meticulously tailored to meet the customer’s vision. Ari D. Norman takes pride in the ethics derived from its roots in the diamond trade and always fulfills its commitments.”
Measuring approximately 6” long, it currently has an opening of 1 ¼”, which is easily adjusted, and it is 2 ¼” wide. This rare treasure is IN EXCELLENT, UNDAMAGED, READY TO WEAR & DISPLAY CONDITION! I did a light polishing, and left the lovely oxidation in the recesses on this outstanding design intact!
Just a STUNNING, Art Nouveau design that would be the perfect gift for your favorite fan of dragonflies or damselflies!
