Honey Moon is the daughter of Junior Tracy (adopted son of Dick Tracy and Tess Trueheart) and Miss Moon Maid who are all part of the Dick Tracy comic characters.

Original owner. The bubble is taped together but that was only to preserve it over the years. It is not cracked and works fine. Comb is inside bubble.
