Photographed on a 5'9" size small (3,4) mannequin and the coat is big for the mannequin. The label says small, but we feel this would best fit a medium to medium large.

Arm: 23 inseam: 19
Bust: approximately 38
Waist: 35.5 max. including 5 inches on each corseted side when NOT tied. When the belt is cinched to its smallest you loose 2.5 inches = 33. The corseted sides can be tied to a minimum of 2.5 inches; so the smallest size of the waist can be approx. 28.
Length - edge of back collar down: 18.75
