Lush layers of soft fluffy tulle are sprinkled with flower petals and the 18" soft elastic waist is embellished with beautiful silk flowers and ribbon streamers, complete with "love" knots. Length is approximately 13".
Each tutu is made when purchased, so please contact me if you would like the waist measurement to be adjusted for a teen or an adult. Yes, big girls love this tutu, as well!
Flowers and ribbon may vary slightly, depending on what is available at the time of your purchase and although the picture shows three flowers at the waist, there will only be two, but I promise it will be just as beautiful!
