I started with super thick fine silver wire, fused a basic circle, then hammered it gently to form a more organic, rustic shape.

This 1-1/4" circle hangs from a 16" or 18" sterling silver ball chain [please specify with your order], and is packed in a purple 100% recycled gift box.
