The guards are 12 3/4" tall & measure from approx 5 3/4" wide at the top tapering down to 5" at the bottom. The 3/4" wide straps are placed 1 3/4" apart, starting from 5/8" above the bottom edge. These are lined with garment leather so they are more comfortable when wearing with bare legs.
The 5 strap measurements are given from the bottom strap going up to the top & are approx, but within about 1/4" variance. The five holes are placed at 11/16" intervals. The straps needn't be worn in the order shown, you can switch them around for better fit!

These look great over fitted trousers as shown in photo or bare legged with a kilt! We sold a pair of these To Daniel C, the bass player for Abney Park.
