Wear it with a cute pair of heels, and your favourite black or white top. Perfect for the office, and then for going out afterwards.
This skirt was inspired by costumes from an old Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby and Joan Caulfield movie, named "Blue Skies". Joan Caulfield's costumes were amazing!
The skirt features a contrasting waistband and centre front panel which has a print of black and grey on a dark ivory background, beautiful draping pleats that start at the top of the waist, and finish to draping across the hips and thigh.
The hem has been rounded around the centre front into a peak, and the back hem is straight across, with a split at centre back.
There is an invisible zip, as well as an over-sized silver button fastening the waist band.
