This felted nuno scarf is floaty & fluttery, soft & delicate looking, and far more sturdy than it appears. I use my handpainted merino roving to create multiple sheer layers of color, then accenting with some ruffly hand-felted blossoms, that measure approx. 2" to 2-1/2" across. I control the process to achieve the fluttery ruched effect.
The back side is mainly silk with just the lightest haze of wool, to result in a non-itchy feel against your skin.
You can wear this two ways, either draped freely or wrapped around close around your neck.
SIZE: Approx 7-8" wide x 56 long (each scarf varies a bit in finished size.) This is a typical size for a small scarf and neck-wrap.
