The base is a full length black underskirt liner to keep it from being see-through. It's nice and soft on your skin.
The top layer is Soft Burgundy Wine colored bridal Tulle. It's all hand-gathered and ruffled to make it nice and full. It's easy to pair this with any top like the picture to make a complete outfit.
