Mesquite wood grilled, fileted Alaskan salmon.
Marinaded 24 hours in teriyaki sauce and fine white wine, with other spices and ingredients. Grilled over mesquite wood cut from my tree in the front yard. Dried in my homemade oak drying oven. Lightly seasoned with fresh ground black pepper, along with natural clove honey give this a sweet teriyaki flavor with a light honey glaze. So good, and So good for you!
