Be a modern day flapper in this truly special little black dress. The ruffle skirt is oh so feminine with scalloped layers of fabric! I love the batwing arms- they bring the garment up to date! I belted the dress to bring the waist up on me- as it is a slight drop waist. Fits like a 4 or 6. There is no tag or label. There are belt loops, but does not have a belt. Zipper closure up back. Modest slit at back, but can't be seen with the ruffles.
