This special little dolly has cantaloupe-colored hair and bright blue eyes. The flowers around her collar were inspired by a photo of myself as a young girl wearing a collar made out of freshly-picked pansies.
There is no other dolly like Sylvia in the whole world because she is hand-crafted. I've carefully hand-painted her face with acrylics and fabric paints to make her extra special.
What's green about this doll?
Her blue-and-white dress and cape are made from two repurposed linen skirts that had seen better days. The ribbon in Sylvia's hair was repurposed from a stained little girl's shirt (which belonged to a little girl named Sylvia). And best of all, she's not made of plastic!
Sylvia measures 15" tall and comes with a blue ruffled cape.
