This is a beautiful piece of Art, hand turned from a large Cherry Burl. My pieces are always the natural color of the tree. The size measures 10-1/4"W X 5"T. As you turn it from side to side to enjoy its beauty, its appearance changes dramatically. The wood is knotted and twisted in every concieveable direction, and it will capture your attention; the more you look at it the more character you will see. I enjoy leaving much of the natural beauty to further enchance the pieces I turn. This piece has a polyurathane finish. It is truly a remarkable piece of Usable Art, and is One of a Kind 2
