AVAILABILITY:
To maintain the lowest possible price this piece is not in stock and is made after you purchase. Please allow approx. 30 business days to complete your order.
CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT:
Payment is due at time of purchase. PayPal is my preferred and only payment method. I can only accept payment from and ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address (physical addresses only, no P.O. Boxes) so please make sure they are one in the same prior to making payment. After I receive your payment I will confirm the order back to you showing receipt of payment and order details.
PICK-UP:
Pick-up your furniture unpackaged by appointment free of charge. Please bring blankets and tie-downs to safely transport your furniture home.
SHIPPING:
Local "in-home" delivery service is available within a 75-mile radius for a flat fee of $100. If you need your furniture shipped I will professionally pack and ship it to you for an additional charge. Please message me which pieces you are interested in and your zip code and I will quote you. Ships to buyers within the continental U.S. only. Residential shipments are "curbside" only. Buyer is responsible to bring furniture inside the home. Delivery must be made to the buyers PayPal Confirmed Address and due to its size it must be a physical address, no P.O. Boxes. I will email you when your order is complete and ready to ship to confirm your availability and again after it ships with information on how to properly receive your shipment and a tracking number. Transit times vary depending on your location but generally run 7 business days or less.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, return the furniture to me in it's original packaging and condition freight prepaid within 14 days for a refund of your purchase price. You must contact me prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization Number.
