Isn't this fabulous? Not your ordinary nail sculpture, but a real piece of art. Pauline A. Owens created a 3-D floral arrangement from nails painted in yellows, peach, white, copper and greens to brighten up a corner of your powder room or pantry. Note: Gloss finish on the scalloped wooden plaque shows some damage but Vi dusted between the nails!
