The cookbook is in the binder format – the hardcover is 10 x 7-1/2 inches. The inside pages are 9 x 5-7/8 inches. It was produced for Procter and Gamble by Prose & Concepts, Inc, New York in association with the Culinary Arts Institute, Chicago, Copyright 1979. There are 184 pages, plus 12 month by month divider cards.
The introduction includes sections on such subjects as Baking Pans, Cooling for Doneness, Frosting Cakes, Decorating Cakes, Storing Cake, Freezing and Thawing, About Cookies, Tips for Angel food Cake and Create Your Own Recipes.
This book is in very good condition. None of the pages are torn, wrinkled or folded. Looks like it was never used, although the pages are slightly brown, consistent with a 30 year old book.
