A tapestry is like stained glass, when you back it up with light it is even more brilliant. Although I should warn you, that you must be careful with direct sunlight because it will cause the dye to fade over time.
The fiber reactive dyes I use are Colorfast and they will not wash out - the molecules of the dye combine with the molecules of the fabric to create a permanent bond - the color becomes part of the fabric. Fiber reactive dyes are considered non- toxic. This Tapestry has been Pre-Washed & Pre-Shrunk. I have washed this at least twice so you don’t have to worry about bleeding, it is ready to use. For best results wash in cold water to keep the colors as brilliant as the day you bought it.
