Quick Breads are certainly a pastry you could make at home. But I have done the work for you. Our Bakery spent 7 months researching dozens of recipies to develope a formula that is moist, nutty, and full of Bananas. Just look at the pictures. Coffee and a morning paper anyone. Our loafs are carefully vacuumed seal for freshness. If you leave the loaf sealed and place it in the freezer our Banana Bread will stay fresh for 6 months. But you will not wish to wait that long for a taste.
