The Bodice:
The bodice is completely lined and has boning along the back laces to prevent bunching when laced. There is also heavy boning along the front panel for a smoosh and uplift bust effect.
The forepart is available in matching or contrasting color with optional trim and beadwork.
The set in sleeves are also lined. They are fitted from shoulder to elbow, extending into full bells.
Skirts:
This gown features two skirts.
Both the Underskirt and Overskirt are very full and will easily fit over large hoopskirts or crinolines/petticoats. The Overskirt features a bustle and train for a truly memorable look.
We can make the overskirt, underskirt, and bustle in your choice of color combinations.
This gown with can be made in any color combination you wish. The starting price is $550.00 for a floral brocade (shown above in black) and your color choice of satin/taffeta (shown in green/red). The floral brocade is available in black or white, or other colors on request. Taffeta can be any color under the sun. The brocade pattern may vary slightly.
If you would desire more expensive fabrics, such as substitution of brocade, silk, etc., your price may vary. We will be happy to quote you the price for constructing this gown to your specific requirements.
You may order based on general bust measurement...this is similar to buying the gown 'off the rack'. The bodice will fit a short range of sizes, with any alterations the responsibility of the buyer. Sizes are available from bust sizes 32-54, and we do not charge extra for our goddess sized customers:)
As this item will be made specifically for each client, please allow 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase to the time of shipment. Christmas delivery is guaranteed for orders placed by December 1st.
