Peplum is made of ivory crushed stretch velvet. Fully lined in white twill. Brass grommets (silver in color) in front allow for lace up beauty--and a wide range of fit! Lace up included is red cording--your choice. Peplum is trimmed with a red ruffle.

Waist: 26-32 inches
Hip: Open
Length from top to hem: 17 1/2 inches
Dry clean or hand wash/dry flat only, please.
