The cape is sized to fit women from XS to M as a capelet and size L as a beautiful collar.
Versatility is built into this capelet which can be worn with the collar turned up or down. I've included a long length of double sided satin ribbon to wear as a closure. A bonus flower pin is another way to close the capelet. It looks beautiful worn open also.
