Seriously. I've had many a Gunne come through my life and through my shop, but none as exquisite as this one. It is pure luxury, plush and posh in its detailing and finery. Allow me to elaborate...
The skirt and bodice are fully lined in a heavy white satin. The princess collar is upturned, gracing the neck in the loveliest manner, especially because it is lined in delicate white lace. The lace detailing continues onto the waist, running up and down the bodice, at the wrists, and down to the tiered skirt where there are two lines of it running horizontally. The bodice features a true tie-up corset, though it is only a couple of inches long. The pattern is a beautiful swirl of brown, pink, and blue paisley, leaves, and flowers. Puffed sleeves. Ties in back. Zip up back.
Cotton/poly blend. In fabulously perfect vintage condition (praise to to the previous owner/s!).
