These tattered edge (with black text on cream / ivory pages) paper wings are made from pages of vintage books, just like my wreaths!

They will be very similar to the one pictured, but keep in mind that my paper whimsies are handmade so slight differences may be seen.
The size will be approximate.
Blessings is printed on the flyleaf page from one of the books. It is surrounded by a hand pleated ruffle made of vintage crepe paper.
The wings would look lovely hanging in a soft, romantic decor... maybe a cottage, shabby chic, vintage, or farmhouse style home?
The sculpture measures 24" wide by 16" high (21" high including the ribbon). You may snip off the ribbon and hang the wings from wire loops that are on the back if desired.
The back is finished neatly and has the title and date of the book, as well as my name and year created (Lana Manis 2009).
I don’t destroy perfectly good books as a rule, and use books that are falling apart, have pages missing, or are damaged in one way or another.
*This item ships UPS GROUND, as it is much cheaper than USPS for a LARGE box. It also includes insurance. Once I ship your item, I WILL REFUND ANY OVER CHARGE if $1 or more.
