Our standard size range for our Small is below for reference for best fit I recommend measuring around the waist and then length from waist to where you would like the tutu to flow down to.

This size tutu can be made for girls size Newborn through 3T, larger sizes available just convo us. (all waist bands are elastic and will stretch an additional 2-3 inches plus)

NB/3 Months ~ sewn at a 15 Waist 7/8 Length
3/6 Months ~ sewn at a 16 Waist 8 Length
6/12 Months ~ sewn at a 17 Waist 9 Length
12/24 Months ~ sewn at a 18 Waist 10 Length

For 1-2 tutus purchased on the same order we ship your order in a box via priority mail service for US locations and first class international for Intl locations. For orders of 3 or more tutus in the same purchase your order MAY ship parcel service.

WE SHIP TO THE SHIP TO ADDRESS CONFIRMED DURING YOUR ETSY PURCHASE BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ADDRESS IN YOUR PAYPAL TRANSACTION TOO. If your ITEMS are RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS the additional shipping cost will be billed to you via a PayPal invoice and the item re-shipped to the correct address upon receipt of payment.
Our shipping costs DO NOT provide insurance with it. We recommend insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any items after we drop them at the post office, we provide tracking on all US shipments if you want protection please contact me so we can add the insurance cost to your purchase.
