This is the ultimate scarf for year round wear! It goes with everything and looks stunning. It adds a touch of simple beauty to anything you wear. Nunofelted iridescent silk scarf made with merino wool roving and silk. The silk is very sheer and has a glorious shimmer to it. On both sides are light wispy amounts of natural white merino fiber.
I make all of my silk and wool scarves using a technique called nuno felting, which is a type of wet felting. Soap, hot water, and agitation bind the fibers together.
This scarf measures approximately 7 x 74". This scarf is made to order and will ship in TEN days.
I use merino wool and a variety of silks in my scarves.
Each of my pieces are incredibly well felted and are very durable. They are not stiff at all - I work very hard to ensure each piece has a lovely drape. They are meant to be worn often and will hold up over time. I steam mine to "freshen" them up.

Do not place in washing machine.
Rinse in cold water to remove washing liquid.
Dry flat or hang from center and pull to shape.
