Felted Handbag in Celery Green With Hand Crocheted Rose Colored Flowers

This beautiful felted handbag started out as gorgeous 100% Merino wool yarn purchased from yarn2spin.etsy.com I knitted the bag and strap and wet felted them in the washing machine. Then I sewed the bag and Dupioni silk lining separately and hand sewed the lining into the bag and added the strap. I hand sewed rose colored crocheted flowers and leaves purchased from slete.etsy.com to the outside of the bag and added a rhinestone center to the flowers for a touch of sparkle! The last addition was a magnet closure covered in the same fabric as the lining.
