Bright and classy, the cut of this sweet handmade dress is reminiscent of semi-formal gowns from the 1970s, but this simpler creation is best worn as a casual sun dress on a beautiful day.
The strapless dress features a gathered elastic back for support, as well as side halters that can be tied in the front or back, depending on your taste. The dress is calf-length and boasts a classic empire waist. The bottom of the dress is embellished with white lace and brown trim to match the green, white, and brown colors found in the dress fabric. I used vibrant vintage fabric in pristine condition to make this one-of-a-kind dress.
This piece should fit like an XS or S. Measures 35” in total length from armpit to bottom of dress hem. Empire waist fits a 24”-28” waistline.
