Pen made from an Australian wood called 'Jarra'. Dark red with slightly darker grains, the pen is a beauty to behold. It started our as a red piece of wood measuring approximately 1 in by 1 inch by 6 inches. It was cut to the right size, holes were drilled lengthwise and then it was shaped on a wood lathe. Once it was shaped it was sanded to a smooth finish, preserved with two coats of tung oil and enhanced with a gold clip cap and center band.
