THIS ITEM SHIPS USPS PRIORITY MAIL. (Domestic Only) Everywhere else I will try to send the fastest way possible for the shipping cost I charge. Anything ordered with this item will shop USPS Priority. (Domestic Only) International buyers are responsible for any duties and tariffs that may incur. I mail International packages with full customs declaration.
EXCHANGES
I want you and your cat to be thrilled with your purchase! We will be happy to return/exchange your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date. Please conversation me prior to returning so that I will know to expect it. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unused). Ship the item(s) postage paid and securely packaged with delivery confirmation. If you do decide to return or exchange and item, shipping fees will not be refunded, sorry.
