Who's Babe Didrikson Zaharias?
Babe Didrikson was a gifted track and field athlete, winning three Olympic medals during the 1932 Games held in Los Angeles. Didrikson was also an outstanding golfer and helped co-found the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). Dirikson helped pave the way for female athletes of all sports; her contributions were recognized by ESPN SportsCentury when they voted her No. 10 among North American athletes of the 20th century.
This print features an image of Babe on the golf course in green set against a bright yellow background. Babe's words reflect her view of the role of women in sports.
