This skirt is made with a mountain of Bridal tulle. It's soft, not itchy like craft tulle. The bright rainbow colors have been sliced into individual strips from floor to hip, to give it a trashy look but retain the durability of a sewn skirt (never tied).
All of the tulle has been stitched and serged to the waistband so it's extremely durable. Plus it's safe for the washing machine and dryer.
Even though this skirt is very full and pouffy; tulle is very sheer. So, I added an underskirt liner that keeps it from being see-through!
