This ecofriendly journal says Vent Book on the front, along with the subtle words "let it out...and let it go..." above and below it. It is made with Nepalese lokta paper, which is tree free and a sustainable resource! It measures 6x6 and contains 20 textured sheets inside. It comes wrapped in a biodegradable resealable sleeve, which is made from plants.
