The kit is worked with Appleton Brothers crewel wools in counted cross stitch on Zweigart 10 h.p.i. canvas. The design is worked from the easy-to-follow colour chart provided. The chart gives greater accuracy and is more rewarding as the design grows onto a blank canvas rather than stitching over a pre-printed canvas.
This design would suit someone who has had little experience of counted cross stitch.
