This hat is sized for extra-small to medium heads. It measures 20 inches around at the brim and stretches to 22 1/2 inches around. This is hand washable and durable. The brooch is 3 1/4 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches long. It has a metal pin back with a safety catch.
